Chef and co-owner Jon Walker partners with several local vendors to honor his mission to offer only top-quality seafood on the shelves and kitchen table. The locally sourced ingredients shine in its most popular dishes — oyster po’ boy, crawfish arancini, Grouper Romesco, and blackened yellowtail snapper with andouille dirty rice.
